Artificial intelligence, cybernetics, machine learning, cloud mobility and computing, advanced analytics, prediction, smart industry and the very path to cognitive-oriented and platform-based platforms such as Watson - these are components that can be encountered in many sectors and segments of human activity today. , where the goal is not to directly replace a person with a robot, but to help them in their work and the decision-making process itself. This is not just a fictitious future, but the concrete present and reality of many international and domestic projects in which I have the opportunity to work and participate. As a graduate of FEI TUKE, I had the opportunity to get an education through a wide variety of subjects. Tomi gave a competitive advantage and the ability to find employment not only in the labor market, but at the same time I was able to transform the knowledge gained through the study into practice. And for that I am extremely grateful to all those who have made it possible for me and rightly proud of my Alma Mater.

The first more serious decisions for the future are very important, because we can only grow and go through higher metas if we have a solid foundation. My choice after graduation, for my passion for information, communication and management technologies, was a university degree at the Department of Cybernetics and Artificial Intelligence at FEI TUKE. The experts at this department have provided me with a rich knowledge base and I still feel deep respect for what I learned during my studies. Now I work with the staff, students and PhD students of this department on the basis of modern platforms Smart Industry, Clouds and Internet of Everythings, which will significantly affect the lives of the next generation with modern technologies. Our cooperation is particularly within the Belgian eWON on Campus program, where I see great potential for cooperation with the younger generation.
